UNE COMPETITION DE FOOTBALL AU PROFIT DES JEUNES…

C’était le vendredi 28 Mai 2021 à 16H, heure locale qu’a eu lieu le lancement officiel du Championnat régional des moins de dix-sept ans (U17) organisé par la ligue de Niamey.
Une compétition qui regroupe vingt huit clubs et centres de formation de la ville de Niamey répartis en six (06) poules.
Les académiciens de l’Association Sportive des Forces Armées Nigériennes (AS FAN) section football prennent part à ce tournoi.
Lors de la première journée de ce championnat régional, les académiciens de la catégorie U17 de l’AS FAN étaient face aux jeunes de l’AS POLICE sur le terrain du complexe scolaire FAHAMAYE.
Au coup de sifflet final, les académiciens U17 de l’AS FAN se sont imposés sur le score de 2 buts à 0. Un doublé du jeune prodige Abdoul Karim SEYNI.
A l’image de leurs ainés, les jeunes de la catégorie des moins de quinze ans (U15), viennent de sortir eux aussi du championnat régional de Niamey de leur catégorie, où ils ont été éliminés lors des phases des quarts de finale par l’équipe des jeunes de l’USGN pendant la phase décisive des tirs au but.
4 tirs réussi pour l’USGN contre 3 tirs réussi pour l’AS FAN.
Participer à un tournoi de cette envergure, est à encourager, car cela contribuera sans nul doute à créer un cadre compétitif pour ces jeunes espoirs du football nigérien.
